這次旅行我和聖因在飯店附近發現了”小春”礁溪分店

決定買回去作為宵夜品嚐
小春主打的”糕渣”、”卜肉”皆為宜蘭在地特色美食
光從字面上來看很難猜出內容物究竟為何
其實所謂”糕渣”是將豬肉、雞肉、蝦仁剁成泥
加入高湯、玉米粉拌煮成漿
待凝固成形後再切塊、裹粉、油炸即可食用

而”卜肉”是將豬肉切條
再裹上特製麵糊油炸
因宜蘭腔閩南語的”卜”發音為”炸”、”爆”之意

不過內部口感更為軟滑鮮美
